We value women and understand the need for community. We believe that when women can stop competing and start connecting we can move mountains! Plus we are fun!

Hi, I'm Audrey McKinley

Founder of The Hive Kingdom, a global community dedicated to empowering women to embrace their leadership, confidence, mindset, and faith. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Audrey has developed high-performing sales and finance teams for major dealerships and manufacturers, making a significant impact in the sales and leadership markets. Some of her accomplishments in automotive include holding titles to Champion and Presidents Club for a large OEM manufacturer.

Audrey serves on the Executive Board of Women in Automotive, where she advocates for women’s leadership in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Her contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including being named one of Latina Style’s Top 12 Executives of 2022.

Through her nonprofit, BeeUnstoppable, Audrey is committed to global mentorship and giving back to underserved communities. The organization provides 1,500 meals weekly through a soup kitchen in Cartagena, Colombia, while also fostering leadership and mindset development on a global scale. Audrey leads international retreats, helping women release fear, embrace faith, build confidence while discovering their Divine Purpose.

Her mission is to impact and empower women across the world to break free from self limiting beliefs and walk confidently into the purpose God has for their lives, while continuing to set a standard of excellence in leadership and global impact.
